Support & Maintenance: Park & Marine Wireless Networks provides a number of different support services for our customers. From post implementation health checks and on site maintenance to proactive network monitoring, our team can discuss your specific needs and tailor a support solution to your requirements.

Many of our engineers are Microsoft or CWNA qualified. Our commitment to invest in our people means that we are committed to developing our staff, many of whom frequently attend training courses to build on their knowledge and keep them at the cutting edge of technical competency.

Our technical support teams are available via phone, web, e-mail and fax. If any calls cannot be dealt with by our first line helpdesk support team, they will be escalated to the relevant second or third line support personnel who will investigate the issue further and resolve the problem in the shortest possible time frame.

All in all, our high level of technical expertise and flexible structure combine to deliver a consistent, reliable support experience.
